About Your Facilitator

With over 20 years of experience working in schools — as a classroom teacher and in a range of other educational roles — I understand the world young people are navigating from the inside. I've sat in the same staffrooms, walked the same corridors, and worked alongside the same young people you're thinking of right now.
After four years as a school counsellor, I opened Bespoke Counselling Services in January — a private practice dedicated entirely to supporting teens and young adults to manage stress, find clarity, and build a stronger sense of self. These workshops are an extension of that mission: practical, evidence-informed, and designed to feel safe and real.

What to Expect
These sessions are designed to feel different — warm, practical, and genuinely useful.
Every participant receives a beautifully designed workbook packed with activities, reflection pages, and tools to keep.
No fluff. Every tool taught in these workshops is practical, evidence-informed, and immediately usable.
We learn through doing — activities, drawing, discussion, and reflection. Not just listening to someone talk.
Groups are kept small so everyone feels comfortable, heard, and supported throughout the session.
These workshops are a judgment-free zone. You share what you're comfortable with — nothing more.
You'll finish each workshop with your own personalised plan — something concrete to take home and use.
